Belinda Montersino is a bold human rights advocate and senior leader advancing the rights of women and girls with disabilities in Malawi. As a senior management team member and Programs Manager at Human Rights for Women and Girls with Disabilities (HRWGD), she drives transformative initiatives that confront gender-based violence, challenge discrimination and amplify marginalized voices.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and is currently pursuing a Master of Science (MSc) in Project Management at the University of Malawi (UNIMA), with additional professional training in Counselling and Psychotherapy and certifications in Marketing and Innovation (CIM Levels 4 and 6).

Grounded in justice and inclusion, Belinda works at the intersection of gender, disability and human rights – leading change, influencing policy and mobilizing communities to build a society where every woman and girl lives with dignity, equality and freedom.
