Florence Singanyama Thaundi is a passionate development practitioner with over five years of experience in community development, economic empowerment, cooperative development and project support. She has worked closely with community groups and cooperatives, facilitating training, supporting business development initiatives and promoting sustainable livelihood opportunities. Currently she serves as an Economic Empowerment Coordinator at Human Rights of Women and Girls with Disabilities.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communication from the Malawi University of Business and Applied Sciences (formerly Malawi Polytechnic) and a Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation from the University of Washington.
She is passionate about advancing the rights and socio-economic inclusion of women and girls with disabilities and is committed to creating opportunities that enable marginalized communities to participate meaningfully in development and achieve greater economic independence
