Maziko holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Community Development and a minor in Development Studies from The Catholic University of Malawi.

She has over three years of combined academic, volunteer and field based experience supporting community-led development, disability rights and social inclusion initiatives. She has worked with local authorities, NGO’s and grassroots communities to design and implement inclusive programmes aligned with human rights, safeguarding and accountability principles.

Her experience includes community mobilisation, stakeholder engagement, data collection and analysis, monitoring and evaluation and report writing. She has supported district level development planning with Lilongwe District Council and assisted in research and digital delivery initiatives with World Vision Malawi. She is passionate about participatory development approaches that amplify community voices and promote equitable access to services for vulnerable groups.
